Big Girl’s Barkery sells handmade dog treats. Because our products are handmade in small batches, appearance, shape, color, weight, and treat count may vary slightly. Product quantities and weights shown on the website are approximate unless stated otherwise.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or discontinue products without notice.

Ingredients and Pet Safety

Our Peanut Butter Pumpkin Biscuit contains oat flour, pumpkin purée, peanut butter, eggs, and flaxseed meal. It contains peanuts and eggs.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their dog. Consult your veterinarian before introducing a new treat if your dog has allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or other special needs.

Our products are intended as treats for dogs and are not a replacement for a complete and balanced diet or professional veterinary care. Always provide fresh water and supervise your dog while giving treats.

Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, delivery limitations, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Prices, Shipping, and Promotions

Prices are displayed in United States dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and discounts are calculated during checkout.

Our current standard shipping charge, free-shipping offers, local-delivery availability, and estimated processing times are displayed on the website or during checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if you discover an address error.

Discount codes and promotions may have separate conditions, expiration dates, or eligibility restrictions. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless specifically stated.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Because dog treats are consumable food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Contact us within seven days of delivery if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
